Challenge
Aspira approached Vetro Media for help in distinguishing between unqualified and qualified leads for their sales team. They also sought our assistance in finding methods to boost the number of qualified leads. To achieve this, we developed a comprehensive lead management system for Aspira, designed to filter and qualify leads before they reach the sales team. This system was integrated with their CRM, Qcontact, ensuring that only leads with the applicable credit scores were pushed through. Our solution also included integration with the Trade Union API, which provided additional data points to enhance lead qualification and ensured higher filtering accuracy.
Solution
To optimise lead generation further, we incorporated Google ads into our strategy. By leveraging Google’s advanced audience targeting capabilities, we were able to focus advertisements on individuals most likely to become high-quality leads. The targeting was based on a range of behavioral signals and data analytics indicating that a potential lead had a favorable credit score. Of the qualified leads generated through all channels, 87% were generated from our marketing efforts, demonstrating the effectiveness of our targeting strategy. Aspira also saw improved efficiency in their sales processes because they were focusing on the most promising opportunities only. This last observation is clear evidence of the (broader and lasting) value of even a single investment in a strategic marketing effort.
